Jay Douglas Haynes has been studying the Martial Arts for over 25 years and currently holds black belts in many styles. He is recognized by the World Karate Federation as a Yondan (Fourth Degree Black Belt), and is recognized as a Godan (Fifth Degree Black Belt) by the American Shorin Kempo Karate Association.
