FKC Awards Ceremonies

The Family Karate Center twice per year hosts a school-wide Awards Ceremony for all the students to participate. Kyoshi Haynes and the staff of the Family Karate Center presents each and every student in the dojo an award that is special just for him/her. The awards ceremonies are scheduled in the Winter and the Summer.
The awards presented fall under the following categories:
- General Awards: Every student receives one of these.
- Academic Awards: For doing well in school.
- Competition Awards: For students who compete in karate.
- Summer Camp Awards: For students who participate in the Summer Camps.
- Special Awards: Sensei Haynes presents these at his discretion.
- And Other Awards too.
